A long night at work:):):)...but another really satisfying one:):):)...my leadership abilities are shining like moonbeams over the night shift at Amarr, right now:):):)...it's a team effort, of course:):):)...and I'm really proud of all of our efforts:):):)...and grateful to be working with such a good team, generally:):):)...

...but I've clearly had an impact, which I think my bosses and co-workers would all acknowledge at this point:):):)...it's very validating that see the kind of non-verbal, supportive responses that I get from everyone at Amarr:):):)...it tells you that you've done something beautiful:):):)...even if all you're doing is building garage doors:):):)...

I really need to clean up that last post:):):)...it's a MESS:):):)...but there's good stuff in there, I promise:):):)...

I also need to clean up this apartment, which is also a MESS:):):)...and I need to file my taxes...and look for teaching jobs:):):)...and submit stuff for publication:):):)...and write my play:):):)...and see all my friends:):):)...

...and somewhere in there I need to find time -- but much more importantly, a girl -- to date:):):):):):):)...

But right now:):):)...I'm way to bushed:):):):):):):)....I'm going to go sleep for awhile:):):)...
