A question

Can someone answer me something?

How is it that so many national columnists, politicians, activists, even scholars get important questions wrong so often and yet be so sure of themselves all the time?

Because the only thing they are really sure of is that everyone else should take their opinions seriously, right or wrong.

You ask me, that's a pretty fuckin' stupid reason to trust such folks to know more than they do.

Maybe it's time that such people stop acting like they know more than they do.

And maybe it's time for the rest of us to stop investing so much trust in such peoples' random opinions.
